New Podcast Season, New Hope
Alex and Scott were on the razors edge… will Stephen Ross screw everything up yet again? Will we keep the clown coach that Scott in particular despises? And with the balance of the future of this podcast in the wind… we got what we wished for. New hope. Sullivan wasn’t our first choice based on resume, but, we both liked him for the job. Who knows what questions were asked and what answers were given in those interviews? Honestly we would love to know. We’re good with the choice. Now, the Harbaugh firing was possibly the impetus that forced McDoofus out? Scott and Alex disagree, at least in pecking order, of who we want for our next head coach. Listen in to us examine the new GM, and address our current coaching candidates, and postulate about who else might be added to the interview list. Alex has a One Cool Thing to close out the episode (although not sure he really gets the purpose some times).

In this Bonus episode, Mike Olivia of Dolphinstalk joins Alex and Scott to talk about his Dec 18 article Why Chris Grier and Mike McDaniel Will Not Be Fired. As we approach the final game of the Dolphins 2024 season, Alex and Scott are looking for hope from Stephen Ross, and if you’ve listened to our previous couple of podcasts, you’ll know we want pretty much the opposite of what Mike’s article states. To be fair, Mike wants the same, but makes his case for why he believes it. This is a high energy debate that covers a lot. It was supposed to be 30 minutes but the three men just roll past that mark and don’t slow down. If you haven’t listened to many episodes this year, this bonus episode is the ONE.
